Return & Exchange Policy for Fix Fashions

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

•Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

•Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

•Final sale items.

•Customized or personalized products.

•Gift cards.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate a Return

•Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.

Step 2: Pack Your Item

•Securely package the item, including the original receipt or packing slip, and ensure the RA number is included inside the package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

•Use the return shipping label provided by our Customer Support team or a carrier of your choice.

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

•Exchanges are processed for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).

•If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

•Follow the same process as returns to initiate an exchange.

4. Refunds

•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

•Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
